I remember once while camping on a friends farm we took Michael along with us and while we were the there he had his first go on a motorbike. We explained about putting it in first and twisting the throttle back which he did but just a bit too hard. The front wheel shot into the air leaving the bike completely vertical. How Michael never fell off the back I don't know. The front wheel then fell forwards onto the ground and back into a normal horizontal position where Michael tootled off at 2 miles an hour around the field with a big grin across his face absolutely un-phased.
